The same media that thinks Bill Clinton's blow jobs were a high crime and misdemeanor, yet think lying us into a two trillion dollar war is no big deal is covering the Paris Hilton thing with wall to wall coverage including helicopters, panels of lawyers, and shrieking journalists?
What if the media decided to do this when a bill to import drugs from Canada is being debated? I know that doesn't really effect people much. I personally am totally effected by Paris Hilton's legal status. Like Nelson Mandela before her, she leads a movement of conscience and power, and her travails must be documented as the man suppresses her by making her do a few weeks in a personal cell with daily phone privileges.
