Three men charged with castrating others in a dungeon in their Haywood County home have pleaded guilty to charges of castration and maiming.
Danny Carroll Reeves, Richard Peter "Master Rick" Sciara, and Michael Mendez are charged with felony castration without malice, felony maiming without malice and misdemeanor practicing medicine without a license.
They did not plead guilty to the misdemeanor.
I have questions. Why were they willing to plead to the felony counts, but not the misdemeanor? Why is it a misdemeanor for practicing a surgical procedure without a license? Is the AMA less powerful than I think? What is Master Rick a master of exactly?
Just here to bring you all the latest cutting news.
